FOR NEW PATIENTS: Please be advised I am accepting new patients on a case by case basis at this time as I will be going on maternity leave August 2025, so online scheduling has been disabled for initial evaluations. Please call/email to set up an Initial Evaluation. Once approved use can use the above link to make an account and fill out all necessary paperwork PRIOR to your first appointment.
